However, please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund, unless otherwise decided by the coach. This means that if you wish to receive a refund for a canceled appointment, you must inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. We understand that circumstances may arise unexpectedly, and exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the coach. If you have any concerns or need to cancel within the 24-hour window due to unforeseen circumstances, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation fairly and make a decision accordingly.
